How CrossComp handles information submitted through this website

Information we collect

When you submit a CrossComp compensation case for your team or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, selected use case, and the case description.

When you submit a CrossComp compensation case for yourself, we collect your name, work email, company, role, situation, current or proposed compensation, timing, and a short description of what you want to improve.

Do not paste or upload confidential offer documents, detailed compensation records, financial account information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information into this form. The form does not accept file uploads. If more information is needed, we will contact you before requesting it.

Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

  • Follow up on a CrossComp compensation case and arrange a separate way to collect any additional information
  • Respond to your inquiry and continue requested business discussions
