Please do not submit candidate names, compensation records tied to an identifiable person, financial account information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

Review whether a CrossComp structure may fit the case you describe
Respond to your inquiry and continue requested business discussions
Improve the product, website, and founding program
Protect the website, prevent spam, and comply with applicable law

We do not sell personal information or use submitted case information for third-party advertising.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, deliver email, maintain security, or support our operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the business.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal exceptions. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
